As Chief Executive Officer of Alignment Enterprises, Pete works directly with high-profile individuals, emerging businesses, and established companies to build and solidify their brands.

Pete is committed to partnering with his clients, offering the highest-level service and access to the most strategic, creative, out-of-the box thinking available.  Pete has a strong reputation as a branding expert and a team leader, with a wide range of experience to draw upon from his 25 years in the industry.  Launching new ad campaigns, cable television specials, new cars busting through volcanoes at Disney World, award-winning websites, animated film production, satellite broadcasts to countries around the world, huge arena rock concerts for audiences of thousands, intimate press conferences in hot clubs in Manhattan, email blasts to global audiences, road shows to major markets across America… there is not much that Pete has not experienced.

Prior to founding Alignment Enterprises, Pete was Senior Vice President at one of New York’s most prominent corporate event production companies, Drury Design Dynamics. During his 18-year tenure, Pete took this boutique company with under $4 million in billings and 13 employees and helped build a widely respected, full-service communications agency of over 70 employees and over $30 million in billings.  Some of Pete’s clients included: Johnson & Johnson, GlaxoSmithKline, JP Morgan, Volvo, Sunoco, DuPont, Genentech and Bristol-Myers Squibb.

Before joining Drury Design, Pete enjoyed great success with Imero Fiorentino Associates, world-class designers and producers of network television and special public events. Pete was the leading new business generator in the history of this prestigious company. During this time he secured and oversaw the production of major national meetings and special events for Michelin, American Express, Reebok, and Nabisco.

Pete began his career at Jack Morton, a global events company now part of the IPG Group of companies, and within 2 years became the leading business builder and sales generator in the flagship New York office.

A dedicated husband, father of two, registered foster parent and former youth soccer coach, Pete also has a special affinity for landscaping and gardening on his small farm in New Jersey.
